❌ Account Not Logging In

If the account does not log in at the time of delivery:

  • You are eligible for an instant refund.
  • Most refunds are processed immediately.
  • In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours, depending on the payment method.

2. Social Media Followers / SMM Services

For followers, likes, and other social media growth services:

  • If followers are successfully delivered, the order is considered complete.
  • In case of follower drop, we provide a free refill — not a refund.
  • Refills are applied to restore your count as per the original order.
  • No refunds will be issued once followers have been delivered.

3. Important Conditions

  • Refunds and replacements are only valid for issues that occur at the time of delivery or within the agreed service period.
  • Please provide proof (screenshot/screen recording) when reporting any issue, as it helps us resolve your case faster.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Misuse, password change by the customer, or sharing of login details may void the replacement/refund eligibility.
